As veterans of many Board Meetings, the Refocus Team is keen to take an active part in the running of our clients’ businesses if required. Whilst we will always respect the integrity of the incumbent management team we believe that Refocus can add real value to the business by providing ongoing, impartial input on issues of strategy, finance, corporate governance and operations. Our input can be limited to attendance at Board Meetings or expanded to suit the requirements of our clients.
