In early 2003 Colin led the Management Buy Out of Omnico, together with Duncan, Doug and Steve, his current partners in Refocus. This team trebled the already healthy profits in the Omnico business over a steady five year period prior to the sale of the enterprise to a FTSE 250 international market leader.
A firm advocate of achieving success through a healthy staff culture and a clear strategy, Colin cites the winning of two National Training Awards as his most satisfying career achievement to date.
Colin, 41, is married with three children.
