Refocus is a newly-formed management consultancy practice brought to the market by a well-established team of experienced individuals with a proven, hands-on track record in business. With two distinct aspects to the business, Refocus provides two devolved solutions to two different customer streams, namely;
- Traditional management consultancy providing workable solutions for businesses focusing on (though not limited to) the UK distribution sector.
- Specific business analysis and the provision of market information for Venture Capitalists, financial institutions and acquisitive companies.
At Refocus, we believe that our approach is somewhat different to the norm in a number of ways. We avoid “management speak” wherever possible, we always deliver our opinions, good or bad, in a straightforward, plain-speaking manner, and we never patronise. With no elaborate mission statement, our vision is simple -we are entirely motivated by the need to deliver an exceptional service to our clients, understanding that Refocus can only flourish if we continually outperform our competitors.
Having personally faced and overcome many of the challenges that business owners and managers encounter daily, we know that calling for external assistance, or even an opinion, can often seem like the biggest challenge of all. The same goes for institutions whose long-standing relationships with their partners in the acquisition process is perhaps due a review, or who may simply wish to try a different approach.
