Refocus offers a commercial due diligence service that is slightly different from the norm. Alongside a traditional commercial due diligence report we will provide, as part of our report, a detailed financial overview that can be cross-referenced with the results provided by your financial due diligence partner. In addition to the commercial report we can also provide a bespoke package focusing more heavily on any parts of the target business that give particular concern. We will agree in advance with you the format of any report that you commission to ensure that the information we provide meets your needs.
