Unlike many of our competitors in the consultancy market, the Refocus team have real, hands-on experience of growing a national, multi-site customer-facing business within a fast moving environment. We have achieved this whilst working for both private business owners and UK plc’s, and latterly as business owners ourselves we have good experience of working alongside our financial institution partners.
As a result of our experiences both in running and growing businesses and our activities in the mergers and acquisitions sectors, the Refocus service offering falls broadly into two areas, Business Solutions and Investor Solutions.

Matching corporate goals with the aspirations and expectations of staff is one of the main keys to success in any business, and the Refocus team have won national awards in this field, giving us a clear insight into the critical success factors that govern a healthy staff culture. We know that however good the strategy in the Boardroom is, it is the staff team, directed by the management, that have to take this strategy to the market, and we will work with all levels of our clients business to this end.
Whilst some clients require assistance with a specific issue, others may call for longer term involvement in their business. At Refocus we are keen to take an active part in the ongoing running of our clients’ businesses if required. Whilst we will always respect the integrity of the incumbent management team we believe that Refocus can add real value to both the business and the investors by providing ongoing, impartial input on issues of strategy, finance, corporate governance and operations.
