Steve’s ability to focus on the detail whilst operating in a complex multi-branch business led to his appointment as Commercial Director for Omnico Plastics. During this time he was instrumental in the creation of a multi-level operational structure which provided both a solid platform and a ready template from which to expand the branch network.
Steve’s speciality is logistics, having at one time or another faced down most of the challenges that stock and transport management, both centralised and depot-based, can provide. He is also skilled in property management, from lease negotiation to dilapidations issues along with all that lies in between.
In the current climate Steve’s wide-ranging experience in the field of Health and Safety is another useful attribute.
Steve, 45, is married with 2 children.
